Reading through the threads, it must be vaping problem season! I'm struggling with many of the same problems as others......batteries not lasting, tanks and heads not working, juices tasting meh. I recently got a NV mini tank, and it's lovely and I can rewick it which means I can change flavours.....useful cos all mine seem rank just now, and was going to buy, maybe a protank 2, but now I've found lots of threads about how naff they can be. so I'm going to have a clear out and start again......not with batteries, but I've got several aspire bdc tanks, loads of old heads I've saved though no idea why, a few Evods, and a couple of CE4's!
had a very difficult couple of days, we had our old, lovely dog put to sleep. But.....and here's the thing.....although I thought I might.......I've not gone back to cigs, in spite of vaping being such a pain ATM.
do I get another NV? Do I get protank? Do I get something totally different? And what the heck have I saved all those blummin aspire heads for?
The spinner still doesn't last as long as the old ego, but I'll persevere, most of the juices still taste....meh,
the wall is looking mighty high just now, vaping should be lovely, and just right now it isn't. But it's still better than cigs (isn't it?)
Edit.....I do feel just like my avatar...few steps forward then flat on my face again!

Simples. Buy a couple of glass Protanks..... whatever floats your boat. get someone to make you half a dozen long-life microcoils, get a packet of Organic cotton wool from Holland and Barratt. Job done for 6 months.

I always weep buckets when my dog dies and find the best thing is to get another dog soon. Puppies are much easier in the summer.
I'd get more Nature Vape tanks. They are all I use now 4 Midi Pro & 3 Mini. All the coils are still going strong after nearly 3 months.
Did you see the recent thread recommending 4mm cotton tape instead of cotton wool for micro coils? I got the some yesterday and just cut a length off and don't have to guesstimate how much cotton wool to use.

If you like the naturevape, then stick with it. There are positives and negatives with all tanks, so finding something you like is important. When you've found a good vape, there's no need to go trying all the others!
The spinner probably isn't lasting as long as your ego because you are using it at a higher voltage than the ego gives out. Have you considered getting a vw 18650 mod? The MVP looks weird, but lasts ages and may be worth considering. If not, a 18650 tube mod like the vamo, svd or zmax might be worth a purchase - or even a provari if you want something that will last forever.

For FAFF FREE Vaping I would recommend the Protank 2, a Nature Vape Coil and a Air Flow Control Base = Totally Faff Free, non leaking, satisfying Vape, on a VV or VW device of your choice. It's as simple as that.

Beat me to it buggritt Congrats on not relapsing, that's another feather in your cap m8. You've done so well I think you should treat yourself. A mod has already been suggested, but how about an rba to top that off. You'll only get better flavour from a dripper they're that good. I had a chance to try an rba earlier and the difference is like chalk and cheese. I note you can rewick yourself, if you're worried about winding coils I'm sure one of the members here will help you out until you get that nailled.

Do you get bored with em in the winter? I'm on my 5th. Training a puppy in the winter is a real faff particularly toilet training. I still haven't managed to get one of them to sit on the seat.

That sounds like a good idea.....4mm cotton tape, is that ecig supplies or a n other? I do like the NV, it just seems to work and is easily cleaned, so......heading that way Someone recommended Rico Fashion Summer White Cotton from Hobbycraft. I couldn't find it on the Hobbycraft website so went to their shop. Wasn't on the shelves but found some in the clearance bin reduced to £2. At the checkout they said it was only £1. So 65 metres for a quid. Someone on the other thread said Rico have discontinued it. I found some places that still have it in stock. loveyarn.com/products/104686-137781-rico-fashion-summer-print.aspx www.knittingwoolandyarn.co.uk/p/2970/Rico-Fashion-Summer-Yarn www.twistandpurl.co.uk/Rico-Fashion-Summer-p1076/ However having done all my Nature Vape heads with it I think a 5mm tape would be better. There's not quite as much resistance when I pull the tape through as there is with the amount of cotton wool I was using. I'm also getting gurgling which I didn't get before. My daughter in law works in the fabric industry so I'll ask her to get a 5mm sample for me to try.

This I sounding very hopeful. Wasn't aware the NV head would fit a protank 2, so more choices there and would definitely get the aero bottom thingy. A mod? Well, will look and read, and as for an rba, have heard of them, read a little about them but need to do more serious reading on here to understand what they are and how they work. As for cotton, this sounds a daft question but makes sense to me cos I knit a little, smifee on the one you found does it say whether it is 4ply, Arran, double or whatever.....cos you can get dishcloth cotton from most yarn shops but it is probably too thick. Try looking on Texere Yarns web site? And yes, I'm quietly pleased that I didn't collapse back on the stinkies the last couple of days. It's always been stressful situations that got me before, but I think this time, well maybe, perhaps.........

I must learn how to link to other threads. Texere Yarns has Cotton Ribbon but says it's only 2mm wide.
