dual coil 0.8 ohms ?

Hi just built my first dual coil and it coming out at 0.8 ohms - is this ok ?

Depends on what device you're putting it on.

Yes usually but what atty are you using?

It is if your battery has a 10 A continuous discharge rate or your pushing your battery to hard. 6 A at min, safe, but not so good performance.

oh it shouldnt be firing that low the mvp should go down to 1.2 ohms i think it is, i wouldnt reccomend using that coil with said device

It's fine, the svd can do 0.8 ohms too, if it was to low the device wouldn't fire but they're updating them all the time.

as said above a vvvw device wont let you fire a coil that is to low for it (unless its faulty)

I would not be worried about the battery, the current limiting circuitry would not let the device draw too much current from the battery. The thing that tends to go when you try and draw high current is the wiring, if you've ever taken a MVP apart you will see how thin some of the wires are, this was the same with Ego batteries, you could stick a 1.5 ohm coil on an Ego, it would work but it tended to melt the wiring.
