The problem is, there aren't enough fields in the recipe calculator for all of the ingredients that need to go into it!

The main flavours are citrus fruits with a slight sugar coating, hard to describe but maybe something from your childhood? All this citrus is balanced with a background note of anise, which is mellow and rounded in flavour. Then it hits you with an unexpected coolness on the exhale! Something from our childhood? This is bugging me because I found it very familiar. If it's citrus flavours that rules out strawberry and pineapple. The sweet smell maybe brown sugar? Definitely koolada and anise as he says as much.

Maybe. I'd need to try one again. What about lemon, lime, anise, koolada and maybe brown sugar or a candy sweetener ?

Yeh rednutt I was thinking lemon and lime, but deleted the lime in first reply to lairey.. I guess it doesn't really matter what you mix up, so long as you enjoy the result..

Gunpowder it's mainly anise, menthol/mint, lemon/lime. I've ordered some flavours from Chefs Vapour, definitely interested in trying lairey's take on Snake Oil when it's done

Yeah me too kevin21 she's also working on a version of monkey jizz. A banana custard flavour which sounds wicked even though not had the original.

Anyone had any success with mixing a passable ' clone ' of this? Having introduced my friend to the delights of Snake Oil over Christmas and got them hooked . . . I'm now on a mission. The flavours coming through for me are: Pineapple Strawberry Aniseed Liquorice Menthol ( just a hint? ) H2OMG?
