Check out Super-Shiny's guides (click on the link at the bottom of his signature) for simple and very effective recoiling instructions.  Much simpler that you would imagine.

Was reading the forums till quite late  the rebuilding of coils really got my attention (as you predicted) really liked the The Kraken and full Genesis Tutorial the link was link

but could you or anyone tell me what was the mod they are using with the Kraken.
