reading is free .. it's when they start mentioning 'stuff' and you go looking at websites and think "Ooooh I need that" ! thats when you have to start worrying

Check out Super-Shiny's guides (click on the link at the bottom of his signature) for simple and very effective recoiling instructions.  Much simpler that you would imagine.
