Super-Shiny I don't claim that this is the best solution - just mentioned it because it's small and cheap -and it works fine for me - but you are the expert

I've heard the warnings for years, but I still sailed close to the wind because the chances are so low. But I've come to realize these chances are actually quite high.

I've had one of these for years They deliver an adjustable high heat flame. I find that the pen style is much easier to use than the pistol grip blow torches. Perfect for heating coils and wire. Around the £2.50 mark on Fleabay.

i love it just because its cheap its dangerous i used a gas powered soldering iron at work and in ten years ive had 4 of them cause a nice fire ball whilst using them and the were purchased from rs in the uk at around £60 a shot and were supposively a good make i purchased a mini blowtorch similar to the draper one linked at £25 from b and q and guess what 6 years on after some very heavy usage its still going strong you pay yer money you takes yer chances dont really matter how much you pay tbh main thing for doing coils is you want a good small flame so you dont heat up the legs to much or you curtains, wall paper or half yer house

Around the £2.50 mark on Fleabay. Do you have three hands osdset? I got one of those and decided you need three hands to use it for coiling, and went back to the gas hob. One day I'll buy one with a proper trigger.

or even better dont use one at all just wrap em I've found that particularly with micrcoils, its best to anneal the wire first to help it wrap nicely.. also useful to burn off any oils or residue from the manufacturing process.

tried the chopstick method works a treat Next time you buy a Kayfun the basket might look like this: 1 x Kayfun Lite 1 x Chopstick 1 x Sweet and Sour e-liquid 1 x 1 meter of noodle for coiling 1 x P+P (slowboat from china)
