Maz,
I stumbled upon e-cigs by complete accident last weekend. Ordered a starter kit, it arrived last Tuesday. I never intended to stop smoking just cut back. Well, I have not had a real cig since Tuesday and plan on keeping it up. I smoked a good 20 a day.
I was really confused (and still am tbh) and ordered a product that I could identify with. Ultimately I know I bought the wrong device for my needs. But even saying that it has kept me off real cigs for a few days which is remarkable. I found these forums and have lurked for a couple of days everyone seems really helpful.
