Hello,
Just got my e cig today! It's my birthday and I asked my daughter for one as a gift so, here goes!
Tried everything else in the NRT market and I'm hoping this will be the key to me binning the evil tobacco once and for all!
I'd love to her from anyone who has used e cigs as a stop smoking aid, especially success stories. I'm sure there are lots of you with tales of inspiration.
Looking forward to meetiing with you all and joining in discussions etc!

I've got a 10 Motives re chargeable. All fired up and testing it now. Feels a bit weird having a 'ciggie' indoors sat at my lappy. Haven't done that in years!

Hello & welcome Maz  If you are a moderate to heavy smoker, you will most likely need an e-cig with a better battery life than the 10 motives. Plus I can't see that 10 motives sell any replacement cartridges/cartomisers or e-liquid to refill them with? And it looks like you only got one battery with the kit? See how you get on with it, but we can help you find a better performing e-cig for you |

Greetings 'nervous newbie' I hope you enjoy the info you find here. I haven't touched a single cigarette since my first vape almost two years ago and doubt I ever shall. In the first instance I did have to up the strength of the e-liquid I used as I found my e-cig didn't satisfy too well - I had been a pretty heavy smoker for donkey's years, but I'm now settled with 18 to 24mg strength. There are many different models of e-cig on the market, some good and some not so good - take a look around the forum and please do post any questions you might have; there are members here who will be tripping over each other to help you. Yo maz - no need to be nervous, peeps here are really nice. Different folks have different experiences, some still carry on smoking fags for a bit (like me) although at massively reduced rate, others ditch them straight away. As others have said, it's the ones you don't smoke that count. BTW if anyone mentions X-factor, ignore it - it's a trap! |

Welcome maz Happy birthday by the way I started vaping on the look a like ciggies- they're great as an introduction to the vaping world in a see if you like it and move on up kind of way, then as chrissie says there are many many better options with longer lasting batteries and countless different flavours to try.
