Totally see where your coming from Storm. And its good for Maz to see that everyone is different. I had tried all the other nic replacement things but the only thing that worked for me was the vaping. Wasn't easy for about 4 weeks but like you kept to it and hey presto 5months down the road and loving it.

Its all about counting the cigs you don't smoke not the ones you do, as far as im concerned even if you cut down its a improvement.

Well done Storm, you know it makes sense to keep vaping

Indeed I do Bel .. I can walk up many flights of stairs now without gasping for air ( had to do it on last job I worked on .... contractors can't use the lifts that the posh snobby office staff use ) so 5 flights carrying all sorts of equipment and tools at least 30 times a day ... thank god I started vaping ... who needs a cig when your that knackered
