Josie, though I've never used RN4081 cartomisers, I'm sure you should be able to refill them with e-liquid the same as any other cartomiser. However, if they will give you your money back, I would return it as the battery life will be very short & it will need recharging every couple of hours.

Adding a couple of drops of good quality Vodka can also help to increase the throat hit a bit. Wow, now theres a tip I must make a note of lol |
