Batteries and sub ohm coils.

What is the safest 18650 battery for sub ohm coils and do they do a 18350 battery that`s high drain and safe to use as well ? I`m not clued up at all with all this, i know the batteries need to be high drain, but why and what is high, 35amp ? also is it advisable getting imr when using these or dosen`t it matter too much ? Appreciate the help guys

Go for the Sony VTC3/4 30A, they're good down to 0.2 ohms. I personally use the Efest 35A batteries and never go below 0.2 ohms, and always make sure I've got around 10A of headroom on the battery and change it when I feel the voltage drop.

Unless the Purple Efests are the 2100 mAh ones they are only 20 A.

They are repackaged LG 18650HE2 20 A batteries one link there are lots of other posts etc on the web.

Sony vtc4's, seriously good batteries, there's various tests around to back them up too. The vtc5's just pip them on how long they can hold a charge for but it's marginal.
