Rave-on for rayon?

So there's a new kid on the wicking block : Rayon! Like cotton, but apparently less prone to burning. Anyone given it a try?

There was a discussion on VPLive about rayon (starts about 40 mins in). I wouldn't mind giving it a try. Do you know where to buy it?

Too much cotton or not wicking well enough and it scorches, doesn't catch fire.  Coil gunking juice makes it much worse.

hahah, I love hearing about all the random wicks we've tried out
I wasted hours of my life today trying to set up a killer 705, absolute bl**dy bugger! wasn't the ceramic cup or silica that got me --- it was the opening airhole.  I had juice up my nose, in my eye - dripping off my fingers, enough to put me off carto tanks for life!  ..OK I'll leave it a week and give it another shot - I've two of these 'barstewards'

Steel cable, mesh & ribbon wire is Emperor for me, wicks better & tastes nicer than anything else I've tried, just steam-clean+dryburn twice a week and it lasts for ages. YMMV

Mrsmac no I haven't and no I will not! (yet) I'm settled on Protanks +AFC, Micro Coils and cotton wool wicks.
I've been all around the block and back with trying stuff that is just sat here now not being used and just want an easy life that does me and PT's +AFC, Microcoils + CW is it.

I'm not a cloud chaser I just want a good satisfying vape, as faff free as possible, plus cheap; which this combination gives me.

Oh and if I need something small to go on top of a battery the RGM2's from FT, fit the bill at less than £2 each, BCC, steel & Pyrex HERE
