It the same spec for charging current, I would robby it's much better purchase than the Hana clone and keep your current one as a backup.

Very tempting! I've an I2 which is superb but I spend my life loading pairs of batteries into it.......
But logic tells me (ie my tightfisted self) that prices may plummet on an I4 and that model would suffice for me if I can get for around a tenner..

Excellent Robbie, that should do me fine, i'll need a UK plug adapter wont I? or can I use the lead that's on my I2 for now?

Talking of fasttech I'm in shock!!! I got my order today It only got dispatched on the 7th of this month, absolute lightening speed delivery

yes, looks like your I2 lead should fit fine. I actually like the american plug, never falls out of my adapter

some of you will know I have tested these chargers at work and found them to be faultless we have had them for 3 months and weren't allowed to say anything I have totally dismantled one all in the name of safety and it is my opinion that they are the best charger on the market at the moment for home use

normally with a new product like this we reject the first 3 or 4 prototypes but this passed at the first attempt very high quality components for home use

Hi robby, although that's a brilliant price for the i4 V2, I noticed on the FT spec list that it doesn't come with the 12V cig lighter adaptor lead. Now, for many people this won't matter, but if you'd find it useful it's probably worth spending a couple of quid more, like this one.

I know it's had mixed reviews but I can only speak from experience: I've had mine for about 2 years and it hasn't missed a beat and (with my vaping habit ) it gets used almost every day! One tip - pull the sprung contact back using a finger before dropping the battery in, rather than levering it back with the battery, as it puts much less stress on the contact. If you try it, you'll see what I mean.

When it finally goes to Charger Heaven I will definitely replace it with a D4. I just hope the 12V lead from my current charger (pun intended ) will fit it, as FT don't include it. Judging from the picture of the front of the D4, the socket looks the same, but who knows? (ronaldo, maybe?)
