Malaysia post resume shipping external batteries

Dear valued customers,

We have enabled Malaysia post for shipping external battery in checkout since we found they are shipping them after the trial period.

The processing time may take extra 5-7 days than before and we have updated the transit time in checkout accordingly.

This may well be the case, however, my package which was sent to Malaysia Post on 22nd May is still stuck on hold

Mine's been on hold since 9 June.

 First order was on 21.05.14 and is saying sent to Langley HWDC on 13th June.
Second order on 26.05 sent to Langley HWDC also on 13th June.
No more tracking details since

Hmmm, at least yours has been sent out even though it is taking a long time to get to you, mine is still stuck on flippin hold. I placed the order on 15 May, FT shipped it on 19 May and it hasn't even left Malaysia yet 

Now they'll probably be shipping out all the newer orders and mine will be stuck in their backlog permanently on hold

Malaysia Post have confirmed my items have been sent to Langley by SURFACE.

Prepare for one long wait.

Yup, Heathrow World Distribution Centre , handles both Air & Surface Mail.

Shipping by sea probably.

Shipping by sea maybe good news... it avoids Langley - once it's there you have no hope but to wait, Post Office will say they don't have it, it must be with customs, customs will say they have no record of it must be with Royal Mail.

Edit Turns out all incoming mail from overseas (maybe not EU) goes through Langley.
