In case anyone's still wondering....After careful consideration I did in fact decide against the rice simmering and microwavying.. I did however contact Ash at myepack explaining my woes. Ash told me to return it and he'd take a look.... As the mod was 8 months old I wasn't expecting a free repair.. Well Bugger me, what a star! What a geezer! What a top bloke! What aftersales service! What what what?? He's only gone and sent me a new one!!   |
