I asked torchy last night if he had any vtc5s but he has sold out and suggested the efest 35A but like you say they are really 20A repackaged... not sure if should just get them.

Did hear somewhere else that the vtc5s work better with dna clones that efest 35A, battery lasts longer apparently, so not sure what I'm off to do now.

Not definite but think the internal resistance is lower and perhaps because of this the vtc5 runs cooler in these dna/dna style mods...that's got to be a plus?

Okay, just got the "Battery low" message at 3.4V idle and 3.1V with the button pressed, so it`s all good. I think the battery you use is extremely important, I am not sure what I was using yesterday, I think it was a decent Panny, but cant be sure. These LGs from FT seem to be excellent VapingBad

Wow, I'm no expert but that would seem to be far better than the other Hana clones then, enjoy robby

(shame they don't do silver I would be very tempted as mine would get scratched with use)

Hi boyofford I have just put a sony vtc5 in my Hannah dna30 clone and it works very well, lasts longer and just seems better. I used to run xtar 30 amp 2100 mah in it but this sony 2600 mah is way better.

Great that your giving thorough reporting on testing robby , very helpful for people!

I might even get one in future on feedback your giving, if I get on with the sx330 then would rather leave it at home and have a dna clone for work so don't have to carry it to/from work!

I think the battery needs a really low internal resistance for the DNA 30 to work properly, could be a mistake a lot of users are making

Looked at myepack was my second choice after torchy, but with postage comes to about £17 £17.93 a pair.

Are batteries from Ecoluxshop considered good, i.e. genuine? At that price I'd probably just get from them.
