Looked at myepack was my second choice after torchy, but with postage comes to about £17 a pair. Are batteries from Ecoluxshop considered good, i.e. genuine? At that price I'd probably just get from them.
Yes Norbert is trusted (Ecoluxshop), I have 8 batteries from him (2 were VTC4s) and IIRC he is on UKV but haven't seen if he sells outside eBay.

The LG are 20AMP, which is enough for this mod, and 2500MAH. Even if the efests are just rewrapped LGs then they are fine boyofford. No signs of heating, very low internal resistance.

Nice one, heard of Norbert before actually, just didn't recognise the shop name. Buying them now in preparation for incoming, this preorder IPV wait is killing me!

I'm a patient kinda chap, you have to be to order from China, but this is going to be a testing wait. I want it and I want it now!
I won't be ordering a dripper or coiling bits and bobs until after pay day so I won't get to see it anywhere near its best until that stuff arrives and I'm anything but short on other gear, but that isn't helping at the moment.

Torchy sent me another pair of the 3100mAhs rather than the 30A 2100mAh ones. D'oh!
I'm sure the quick email I sent him will be enough to rectify the situation, but this is exactly why I ordered batteries shortly after pulling the trigger on the mod. Having the mod but not any suitable batteries would be more frustrating than the wait for it.

Been thinking about grabbing one from fasttech too. Looks like a hotcig clone as opposed to the ksd ones (no wells leading upto the 510 connector to aid airflow) Full range of colours and supposedly ships with an efest battery but there's complaints that it's a fake so I'd be discarding it anywho. Not sure why they don't offer them without the battery as it would aid shipping. Grrrr. Does yours have a lil hole beside the charging port with a charging led robby can't see any on the focal pics? www.fasttech.com/product/1740403And bigger pics www.fasttech.com/forums/1740403/t/1329258/v3-vs-v2-photos

I heard rumours the battery was fake too...don't know if true or not, though better to be safe than sorry I suppose.

Still not sure what, have mostly tended to go for flavour first with my drippers. Did try drilling air on one rda but drill bit broke so large hole on one side and not on other! Just sold my castle rda as felt it really worked best at lower ohms than I cared for, and was not pocket friendly but that's not relevant ..... Got sellers remorse now, could of found a sweet spot with variable watts I reckon.

Seem to get favourable reviews and robby likes them but thought I'd try something cheap and cheerful first to see if it's for me.
