zmax saying low load

hi peeps not been on for ages as everything just been plodding along, but wakened up and went to have a puff on z, max but got this sign coming up saying low load ehhhhh!! changed battery still getting same low load, can anyone help me out please xx

Pritty sure low load is your atty mate may be dodgy try a diffent atty

^^^ either that or you're tightening the atty down too far. Unscrew it a bit to see if it'll fire. If not you may either have to lift the centre pin slightly or the insulating grommet has been damaged. Not to worry tho, it can be fixed.

^^^^ Yes over zealous tightening of the atomiser gives me this as well.

I put one of my other tanks on and it still happening so not convinced it my tanks, what is the insulating grommet?
I tried lifting centre pin but it does not seem to be moving, what does anyone use to lift theres with? xx

Does it say "low load" even without a atomiser attached?

no it doesn't but that been two different atomisers I have put on and it not constantly saying low load I can use it a few times and its working then all of a sudden its coming up saying low load, so I then unscrew n then put back on sometimes its ok it will work other times am taking it off n putting back on a few times before it works xx

When you put the atomizer on just attach it finger tight. I suspect the grommet in the connector is split. It needs to be repaired really.

hi am not sure what a split grommet is, and not sure if this makes a difference but I went into town bought a new tank and it working fine, but seems strange neither of my tanks would work on it, so not sure if this only going to work short term x
