shocking voltage drop

getting a .4 .43 voltage drop, cleaned all mod threads pins everything, and still really poor. any suggestions

What ohms, mod & battery?

Have you cleaned the inside of the switch?

Could it be the battery is knackered?

yeah took switch apart and cleaned aswell and battery is bout 2 weeks old.

Did you clean the 510 thread and pos pin, both on the mod and atty?
Polishing switch connections - not just wiping them clean, often improves
Their contact too

i can only clean the bottom of the 510 pin, the part that makes contact with the battety not the part that makes contact with the atty, the stingray clone has a floating 510 so dont know if i can pop it out, and if it will fit back in with no issue

geordie_vaper are the magnets protruding, they should be recessed and not be part of the circuit. I had this problem with the one I got from Focal group buy, I pushed them in carefully using a vice with a washer on the magnet.

Don't pull floating pin out , use cotton bud soaked with cleaner to get to those parts.

With the delrin out like in the photo hold the contacts together to see if the two sides of the switch make contact all the way around and the magnets are not stopping this. If you look at either part of the switch side on you should not be able to see the magnet.

Since it was fine before, the chances are the voltage drop is in one place. Chain vape or just fire it a bit and the place where the voltage is dropping will get warm enough for you to feel it with your hand.

Have you got a different mod to try the battery and atty in? What drop are you getting in another mod?

only got one mod robby, but it is the same with every battery i have and they are all with in a month or two old

Mate try using a nemesis switch if you have one , I use it on my stingray and prefer it .
