Hi all, I'm having a hell of a time with the pt3. I fill it up and the first 4 or so puffs are great, then gurgle gurgle and I take it off the mod and it has leaked everywhere. 1st time it actually emptied as I was holding the tank whilst rushing to the sink. Took it all to bits last night and cleaned and tightened everything. Looks like a single coil in it? Haven't took the chimney off though to actually look at coil. Filled up and had a few tokes. Took it off the mod and left it upright for the night. I've just had a few puffs on it and same happened and its just spilling juice everywhere. Any ideas?? Oh BTW, the vapor stops right before this happens. Wick / coil problem?????
Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp

Hi ruffdog yeah I know where your coming from my wife's pt3 mini done the exact same thing they are dual coil in the mini I tried cleaning and re tightening in the end I just replaced the coil not worth the fafing for the sake of £2 I think the liquid just gets past the rubber seals ours leaked on the battery and started to come up the tube and the coil was in there only 2 weeks. Cheap Chinese goods mate if it was British made would be expensive but would last and work properly.

Took coil head cap off and it is single coil but no flavour wick. Put a few strands of silica over top of coil and pushed cap on firmly. Put about half a ml in, let sit for a few minutes and seems to be all OK. Going to try and vape it dry now just to see if I get any leaks / gurgling. So....... Must have been totally flooding. Will keep you all posted. Wick in the head is teeny tiny, maybe half a mm thick if that. It's a short head, doesn't look like the ones in the link above.

If there is any sort of gap where the wicks go into the head then it will just flood and leak everywhere. Same thing happens if you make a bad cotton wick and it doesn't fill the gaps.
