I've always used tanks (ProTank/Fogger etc) for vaping however I'm consider the purchase of a RDA; what's the pro's and cons of using a dripper over a tank.
I realise I'd have to carry juice around with me to use a dripper during the day while at work (hence why I've always used tank atty's) - any help /advice / comments welcome.
EDIT: I'm looking a at a duel coil dripper BTW.

I'm too lazy to use a dripper. They do vape nice though, especially in the flavour competition.

Pros - better, cleaner, truer flavour Cons - capacity, and the fact that you can't pop it in your pocket/bag like a tank as it will leak

I have a dripper (IGO-L) which gets used at Vapemeets where it is invaluable for trying juices and passing around; everyone comes with a driptip, and simply pops their own into the top to try, removes, then passes RDA on to the next, and so on. I sometimes use it at home for some superb flavour, but generally I prefer the ease and simplicity of a tank. I currently have a M/C + CW 1.3ohm coil in a Protank v1 on my Caravela with Pina Colada from JJ and it's just sublime!

Sqonk! Some drippers can take juice directly from an attached bottle - take a few tokes, squeeze the bottle, repeat.

Pros -
A)good for testing eliquids you've bought without filling whole tank B)great for messing about and building some crazy coils C)good for building sub ohm coils
Cons -
A) can get slightly messy B) can't carry it around C) some can give a very airy draw

All the above but for me also:
After starting on 18mg 8mnths ago, then> 12 > 10 > 9 on tanks, I find 9mg too strong on an rda and three tokes on a good coil it hits very hard and I am able to quite happily cut it to 4mg on a decent rda. Healthier and what a saving on nic. 72mg eliquid...a 500ml bottle will make 9 litres!! Yes 9 litres!!
I also think everyone should learn about coils, be able to make their own and not depend on buying tanks just in case everything goes tilt (unlikely but who knows)
Give it a go but do some research its fun.

Pro's, most of the above Cons, none if you use it right. Only drip in what you will use. Vape it nearly dry and it won't leak. Tanks can still leak, I'd sooner have a couple of drips in my pocket than the contents of a 5ml tank. Buy a half decent one in the first place, learn to build a proper coil and you'll realise you only need 1 coil and 1 airhole. I have 3 dual coil drippers at the front of me with only single coils and the air holes set to 1 hole. Just my tuppence worth but I am biased towards drippers.

There is no tank that can truly match the flavour from a dripper, like blue says above you only really need a single coil in a decent dripper for a full on vape. Most of my drippers are dual coil capable but I rarely bother tbh. You will need to use it a while to gain experience in when to drip and how much to drip so that you vape all spare juice before you put it in your pocket. If there is unvaped juice then it WILL exit the attie via the air hole. For work I take tanks for ease because I don't always have time for dripping but when I'm at home then 9 times out of 10 I'll reach for a dripper and I have quite a few set up here. I would highly recommend one of these www.vapegeek.co.uk/Origen-V2-RDA-409.htm

Cheers folks, I plan to be using the RDA on a 26650 mod and like the look of the Manbo 26650; as it gives me options for a single, duel or quad build (not at the moment Mrs....) and Todd's review of it was pretty good so might splash the cash on one of those - like I haven't spent enough already this month....

Wow a quad for your first dripper. Get yourself a proper resistance checker. With quad coils the resistance will 'drop like a stone.' Also quad's can be very airy because of all the air holes. I have a cats quad but so far ive got better results from my duel coil trident.

Also recoiling or wicking a dripper is far less emotional than any kind of tank or rba.

Make a naff coil for a tank and it's a full strip it back down, with a dripper just whip the top back off. Blakeys recommended an origen, i'll recommend one of these www.m-vapes.co.uk/store/p82/Quasar_dripping_atomizer_by_Cosmic_Innovations_Clone.htmlI know it's not as aesthetically eye pleasing as the 26650 atty but it's a darn good vape.
