510t dying

im not getting much of a hit on my 510t, alittle vaper on the exhale but not feeling in the throat or tasting..but when i got some normal atty and carts and they are lot more vaperful. the normal carts go bit funny and get dry vape after a few chugs thou.

does this mean that my tank atty has gone? ive opened a new tank and same problem. ca i just soak it in coke to get more life out of it?(can it be diet)

Diet coke MAY work but denture cleaning tablets are better, make sure you rinse it thoroughly after.

It could be your battery King . . . but as a regular atomiser/cart is performing well on that battery, it sounds more like the atomiser.

You could try a cola, denture, vodka bath on one atomiser to see if it revives at all.

The secret with carts is to keep the filling moist but not drowned, but you'll have too top them up considerably more often than with a Tank . . . failing that, if you've a drip tip, you could try dripping.

perertua is it unlikely to sort the atty out? yeh topping normal cart is annoying...i dont get on with dripping i keep swallowing juice

Gently pull the spike plate out and rinse it under the tap, don't lose the wick out of it. Dry burn the coil while the plate is out then re-fit the plate. Brand new again.

It's the spike that your tank wicks onto. It's a plate that can be removed with long nose pliers (gently). Look into the attie and you will see it.

Put the atty in a cup with some hot water add the tablet leave to soak for two or three hours at least our overnight. Tons blow out then try.

awwwwhh yeh just remembered =( i was trying to remove it last week....didnt have anything to hand except a cork screw. do you think thats whats made it die?

You might have disturbed the wick. It needs to be lifted out, not butchered.
Try some of disco's supersonic placcy teeth cleaners, they're only 50p for 30 from al frescos.
I'll stick with the good stuff for mine.

as blue said take a look down at the wick in the center of the spike ...the spike has a slanted top and the wick should be poking out from the hole but not as faras the top of the slant

bluemagnum i got the plate out (with a mini scewdriver) and rinsed the atty but the wick has gone limp..ive dried burnt a bit ..should i just leave it 24 hrs cos i cant see the wick going though the plate if i reinsert it.

roll the wick between your fingers... it'll go through better wet than dry to be honest

erm it a titan tank atty...wont be to get 1 finger let alone 2=(

did the wick not come up with the spike? it should do or else you will never get the spike plate back on
