Welcome to AAEC madmike...it really is a strange reaction, & I'm not sure it is totally down to vaping. As others have said - have a chat with your GP...& please keep us updated

A warm to AAEC madmike. What juice was you vaping? Were you vaping the same juice all the time or did you use different juices when you had the reaction? If you are still smoking and do not have the same reactions when smoking then you could probably rule out nicotine as the culprit. That leaves PG, VG or the flavourings/additives in the juice. Good luck if and when you go to see your GP, and as gill2009 says, please keep us updated

Hello madmike. I'm thinking it could well have been something to do with the flavourings that were added to the juice you were vaping at the time. Might be worth experimenting with vaping unflavoured juice at whatever your preferred nic level is...

Thanks everyone,
Got to wait a few weeks to see my GP (sound familiar anyone), so in the meantime will try to eliminate other things.
The worse incident happened with a 70/30 PG mix cherry flavoured (my fave), nic was around 12.
Lets assume for the minute it's not the liquid, anyone know if it's possible to have a reaction to say the hot metal components?
Thanks
Mikey.

Don't know if it's possible to have a reaction to it but some of the coils i've used have a really nasty taste until you fire them a few times, with no liquid present, to burn off any impurities that may be on there. After this process and giving everything a good rinse off afterwards things can taste much better...

Welcome madmike - sorry to hear of the problem you're having. It could be any of the new ingredients you're now using as opposed to the cigarette ingredients, always a worry when we start exposing our bodies to anything new. Hope your GP can help get to the bottom of it.

Hi Charlie, thanks for that. Menthol intolerance looks to be favourite right now, as mild cases that I've had cause me difficulty breathing. so going to pursue that one a little further.

Greetings and madmikeHave just read this thread, and I'm thinking it may well not be vape related...... Most certainly get into your GP, if it recurs get down to A&E and get yourself checked.
