if your power lead on your laptop not work

First thing to check is the fuse. This little bit of brain power has just saved me £30

I tried it in different sockets. Very hit and miss (mostly miss). I checked the fuse. Only half in....put it fully in....so sorted

errrmm.... have you identified HOW & WHY the fuse was only half in?? It tends not to just happen by itself.....
