What concentrates can you make / steep at home?

Iv'e noticed a few people requesting help for example just recently lisburnvapes asking about vanilla pods and geordie_vaper  mentioning his fail with fennel seeds.

I understand we can make our own Coffee and tea concentrates and Tobacco by steeping the dried leaves (or fresh ?) and using mental crystals.

But,

I and I guess a few others would be interested to know what can be concocted at home as well as any input from people who have had success with certain things. Any disasters or input on health risks are obviously requested also.

I'm thinking along the lines of Herbs and spices, Vanilla, cinnamon, liquorish and other stuff you may have in your store cupboard or in your local health food shop.

would imagine most things but herbs ewww,plus as with a lot of steeping your going to have to use micro fine strainer paper[medical] or coils will gunk in no time,rememebr what may smell lovely can taste flaming orrible

I've been wondering about getting concentrated flavouring and adding it to VG to get a true 100% VG juice.

somone made a chilli concentrate and it worked, to be honest i had loads of ideas like lemon grass, cardamon, vanilla also,

but when the fennle seeds failed i gave up, fennle is a powerful spice as it is so dont know

I don't buy any juices. I mix for 3 and want to be able to make concentrates in various strengths & ratios.

VG 72 mg nic base. if you wanted to go 100% VG.Ie with VG flavorings as well obviously and VG to dilute to required nic strength.

That too. lol.   I'm not quite with it today.  It's Monday and working and I'd just rather not have Mondays tbh.   Sorry.

PS: I think some usa places do organic concentrates in vg and alcohol but haven't delved into that yet.
I ended up buying 72mg PG base (doh) and l realised I should have probably gotten the one i linked to as I might have a PG intolerance.  Certainly the local juices I have bought which are all 80/20 give me a sore throat and a really dry cracky nose.  But I'll work on mixing at 50/50 or higher VG and lower nic just now to see if that helps.

I want to be able to make concentrates to various ratios and then add them to premixed PG VG Nic at the same ratio.

Then I could have a mega session doing base mixes and concentrate mixes to store in the fridge. When I need to make the finished juice I just need to add one to the other.

I just need to source strong flavourings.
