I did it, My 1st mix of 5ml Peanut Butter. 12% 60/40 Took me about 5 min in all. lol It is having a little bath just now in a tumbler. Only things to note VG from boots does nut suck through the needle so took needle off and ok. The liquids don't always come up to the line (ie there is an air gap) i found myself squirting it back in and then re syringing it up to clear the air gap. Do you measure where the liquid is at the base of the plunger or at the black line on the plunger? That was quite fun, Office stinks of peanut butter. Woooo Hoooooooooo When can I try it. when can i try it. Ruffie

I deliberately leave a .5cm air gap, that way you can see exactly where the liquid comes to against the scaleDo you measure where the liquid is at the base of the plunger or at the black line on the plunger? OneDay Thanks, I just read it to where the liquid came to. Oh and I used drops for the concentrate. Any good ideas on how to remove labels and the sticky residue from scavenged used bottles, Som I cant get the label off with hot water, Others label comes off no bother but leaves a sticky pane on the bottle.

Isopropyl Alcohol or alcohol wipes sometimes help with sticky stuff

If you have got any lighter fluid left from your smoking days - that does the trick

Congrats on your 1st mix of many!!! I would watch out with 'drops' for measuring ruffdog especially now that there's so many drip top types. It doesnt give a great measure. 1st time I mixed I tried drops and added 20 <for example> and a member checked for me by decanting amount in mls and then dropping and I was 50% short!!

Pepperty Thanks Pep and @johanino Re3 drops and needles. Well at the moment I'm ok blunt needle wise as I've only just opened the bottle but will get some assorted tips. I guess just best to remove the drip top on the flavourings then, or do my own experiment to calculate drops / ml. WHEN CAN I TRY IT, ????? The suspense is Killing me.

the tops of most concentrates come off with a fingernail jimmied under - just dont go at it too hamfisted and flick opened bottle across room! yeah I have...
No idea with peanut butter but it's most likely a week plus............... ?

p.s there's only really two types of drip tips on bottles, one that slots INSIDE rim and one that pops over, the over is easiest unfortunately T-Juice uses a skinny nib that slots IN and trying to get my fingernail under bottle rim ruin my fingernails........ There was an evil 3rd. But now discontinued, that was Flavour Arts blue bottle/nib combo, the only answer for that one was a pair of scissors to snip skinny tip and a blunt needle onto syringe....

Do you measure where the liquid is at the base of the plunger or at the black line on the plunger? Glad you asked that question about the plunger, I was a little unsure on that one too. I line up the top of the black plunger with the line on the syringe. It shouldn't make a big difference though as long as you are consistent and mix the same quantities every time each batch should be roughly the same.

Did my second just now. 10ml of TPA dk baccy 50\50 12mg @ 3%. Yay. Still not tried the peanut butter. How to steep properly? = get a really good fever and nearly end up in a&e. Helps take at least a week off your steeping time pmsl. Ruffie

ruffdog - with regard to the "air" at the end of the syringe. You could go all "Nurse on TV" on it, putting some juice in it, then holding the syringe "needle-side" up, and slowly slowly expelling the air. Obviously don't just push the plunger aggressively, or you'll end up with whatever it is you're using everywhere!
