On the Q&A for this, (third page of Q&A - Can it be used to clean a MAF sensor on a car) one of the Halfords Staff answers to the question is
"Halfords Electrical Contact Cleaner is based on Isopropanol and is widely used in the electronics industry for cleaning electrical components."
So It should be fine if you want to use it.
I just wipe my battery contact with some kitchen roll when im filling up my tank with juice. Never been bad enough to waste vodka on it yet.

I'd have thought a better answer from halfords staff would have been yes or no

I have no experience of the product you linked to but I suspect it may leave quite a lot of oil behind. The product that is most used in the Electrmechanical world is called Servisol and can be found in Maplins link but even this should be used sparingly, I'd just use Isopryl Alcohol and a shall brush to do the cleaning as it would not leave any residue. Or a VERY good contact Cleaner is the Eraser on the end of a Pencil and it is small enough to get down into a 510 connector. Thanks I just ordered this www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B007XVCYBC/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
