I have had two other parcels from fasttech delivered by Singapore post, yet I have another two stuck in the Malaysia post debacle, I have another ten days to escalate my PayPal dispute into a claim.

Me too pebbles I've also received 2 other parcels, last one just yesterday, via Singapore post, yet mine at MP is still stuck there. I'm going to wait until the last day of literal 'shipping' 14 July and then if mine has not left Malaysia I will escalate my Paypal claim.

Going by that latest stickie at FT, if no movement by 14 July it is obvious that mine will NEVER be delivered to me.

I did order the chi from focal a week before ft but had a email about a upgrade for switch and top so both were sent roughly the same time and ft track has now said shipped to Gb..tbh ft I think will be quicker... sorry focal but I could be wrong

I received this message from FT today:

Sorry for the shipping issue.

According to our experience, it will take up to 2 months (calculated from the date Post Office starts investigation) to finalize the investigation. We have sent complaint case to post office,but we don't get any reply from them.

I thought maybe the parcel just delayed on the shipping road. Would you please wait for one more week? If you still could not get it within one week, please contact us. We will send a replacement or fully refund it.

So one more week and they'll refund me by the sounds of it. Actually I shouldn't even have to wait a week coz the last day of shipping out the goods by sea is 14 July according to notification FT got from Malaysia Post.

Knowing my luck they'll ship mine out on 14 July and it'll take the whole 16 weeks to get to me

My bet is you will receive the Singapore parcel first, a lot quicker than the Malaysia Post parcel.

Who is shipping these? Malaysia Post or Singapore Post or China Post or.........?

I think you have given them more than enough time I would escalate it now toots I wouldn't wait any longer go for it do it now

Langley HWDC ( Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre) handles all international mail - air or sea!

So we've got:

Fastech Singapore
Fastech Malaysia
Focal Singapore

My money is on fastech Singapore.

Tell fastech you want a refund NOW. don't wait to see if it ships on Monday. They've offered to refund, so take it. Don't replace, but reorder if you still want the thing. Does it include batteries? Keep everything within PayPal limits! It may turn up in several months time anyway, but it may not, then its too late for PayPal.

for you (and for me - mine have still got to be scanned at this end, and may get sent back/destroyed )

Yeah, they've offered a refund but told me to wait one more week - I think they want to see if it gets shipped out before the final shipping date MP have set of 14 July.
