I'd escalete PayPal now, as if nothing else, the delivery time has now become unreasonable, even if it does continue on its journey.
Nearly 2 months and its not even left Asia!
File the claim. If it does eventually arrive bonus! Then, if they want you to send it back, you want the postage cost reimbursing BEFORE you post it
