Ordered a chi you from focal and chi you dripper and driptip plus other stuff from fasttec, fasttec status is shipped focal haven't the faintest... We shall see..

If either of those orders are going via Malaysia Post you could be in for a long wait.

My Malaysia Post order from FT is now getting near to 8 weeks and it's not even left Malaysia yet. Others are having same and similar problems - just saying

Have you filed with PayPal already, toots? If not, you've probably passed the deadline at 8 weeks! 
Not sounding good for me either then - got some 14500 batteries coming from ft using Malaysia post.

Yeah, filed a PP dispute, not escalated it yet - think I have until 20 July to escalate.

When did your order get sent out fred - what's your tracking saying?

Mine was ordered 15 May, FT sent it 19 May and my tracking is currently stuck at this:

I dont't buy batteries from either one, so I'm just gonna see the delivery time... Just wish it was as quick as the cash that leaves my bank account.I beleave ft is Singapore post and focal is Malaysia both been shipped as off the 7th

In my experience Focal arrive way before Fasttech even pack the bloomin package!!!

and the opposite for me fasttech always average 9 days focal average 43 days so big big difference

Fasttec for me 2.5 weeks,focal don't know as it's my first time....lol blush

Funnily enough I had my order from Fasttech this morning, I placed the order on 20th June so 19 days to reach me - having said that though it didn't contain batteries, but it did contain 7 different coloured glass tanks for my Protank 2 and 1 for my protank mini all of which arrived unbroken

My Malaysia post (ft) vs toots Malaysia post 
My Malaysia post (ft) vs my Singapore post (ft) 
Both my ft orders vs focal nemi, that seems to have got lost in the focal warehouse.

I was impressed at the focal time of getting my kayfun here via Singapore post though!

I've already received 2 parcels via Singapore post and both these were ordered AFTER the Malaysia post one. Just checked and the orders that I've received were shipped on 14 & 19 June which is AFTER my last tracking update by Malaysia post - don't make any sense does it

Someone who ordered theirs 3 days after I ordered mine has already escalated their Paypal claim AND received a refund - might just go ahead and escalate my claim now BEFORE they decide to literally 'ship' it by sea taking anything up to another 16 weeks to get here which could make it altogether a 6 month wait for delivery
