I am not sure how to do links. Do you just put them between the url tags?
Also, how do you rename them e.g. "this link" rather than quote the whole address?

Dave, to post a link to another website for instance, you just need to copy & paste the link from your browser address bar.

To shorten the link you need [ url= link ]text[/ url] without the spaces

or I could do it like this:
