Some of you may recall I put something on a few weeks back about an interview I had at a school I was doing long term supply at. Cutting a long story short I didn't get the job.

However today I had another interview, at a school 20 minutes walking distance from my house, that I have working on supply at since Monday.

Lesson observation went well and judging by them in the interview it was clear they thought it went well too, so much so they offered me the job towards the end of the interview.
I accepted and I am officially permanent from tomorrow. Good thing is I am teaching the class that I will be with in September till the 6 week hols.
