Ok... i didnt see Gills post above.... there is nothing wrong with that kit either, the only downside i can see with it is the fact that i think they only have a 800mah built in battery... if you are out and about and it goes flat you are stuffed..unless you have two or antoher back up..... how do you plan your day with that setup Gill ? My I taste usually lasts, but I also have a Vision Spinner charged & ready to go.

Kitty.. has it got to be a cylinder... I think so. We're both pretty self-conscious and not fans of answering questions from strangers in pubs. I think to begin with, the less obtrusive look will be easier to stick with.

As a first time starter kit I would probably go for something like this: myepack.co.uk/kits/evod-starter-kit.htmlYou have everything you need to kick off vaping with this set-up except for e-liquid. It's not too expensive and if you both get on with vaping you can always upgrade your vaping gear with the money you've saved by not smoking. You can get them in different colours, or a black one for him and a silver one for you. At this stage I wouldn't complicate things - that comes later

Its something you will get used to, people who ask it is just normaly down to their curiosity, if you feel like that then i would stay away from stuff like the vamo as they are quite large... having said that, these devices are not as big as videos and pictures suggest, yes they are bigger than a real ciggy but most of them are quite well hidden once you wrap your hand around them.... the set up Gill uses seems to be a good option.... but honestly, i go anywhere and everywhere with all sorts of gear, most people take a glance then look away... it really is no big deal.

kitty778, welcome to the forum to both of you. I think the itaztevv will be fine for you, you can charge and vape whilst at your laptop/pc, with this the Innokin iclear 16 clearomiser looks and performs well on it. I love mine. For your partner I would think he would cope with a itazte MVP, good battery life between charging and again the iclear 16 clearomiser. Happy Vaping

Hi kitty778 and to AAEC. It seems you have done some homework already, but i'll chirp in with my recommendations. If you want cylinder type battery with a largish tank/clearomiser then maybe you could opt for: Vision Spinner v2 or Vision Spinner v1 Both are VV (variable voltage) and both come in nice colours. v2 has slightly more capacity (not power) than v1. Bear in mind you might want to buy an extra battery each as the Spinners do take a while to charge which leaves you with nothing to vape on. AND the Spinners do NOT come with a charger so one HERE should be good to charge them. Protank 2 It is single coil clearo so is easier to recoil (with microcoil and cotton wool) than dual coil and the box comes with a beauty ring supplied which you will need for the Spinners, then add a Airflow controller v2 and just swap the Protank base with the airflow controller and there you have a cheaper Aerotank style clearo that uses a single coil instead of a dual coil. Protank single coils are what you need but do not throw these away when they are used up as you might want to recoil them if you like to dabble etc. A great guide HERE will help you out with the recoiling. Failing that and as already suggested the EVOD starter kits really are a great way to discover vaping, and as a bonus use the same coils as pointed out above. There are various great vendors out there that make really nice juice, so will leave you to discover the wonders for yourself. Just remember that most vendors make the juice fresh so will need 'Steeping' (a whole other story, LOL) Hope that helps.

Hi kitty778 to AAEC.
I would go for the following, bearing in mind this is your first look at vaping.
A spinner 2 will give you adjustable power and decent life before a recharge is needed.myepack spinner 2 you will need 2 batteries or you will have nothing to vape while you wait for it to charge up. Or A VV v3 myepack vv v3 This is also adjustable power but has a much smaller capacity battery(half capacity of the spinner), but you can vape while its charging, so you may get away with one for a while.
For a clearo I would go for a mini so it fits nice on the spinner or v3. The aerotank Mow mini is now available or one of the other mini's like protank 3 and I see a kanger geni tank mini as well. clear's
If you weren't bothered about adjustable power, I would have said get the EVOD 650mah starter kit, but it looks like you want to skip that and go for something which is adjustable. 2xSpinners and a clearo wont be much dearer, so why not.

Personally, I don't give a hoot what anyone thinks, & am quite happy to answer any queries...who knows, you may just persuade someone else to give up the stinky stix

The itaste vv with protank mini 2 and mini air flow controller from myepack is a great start just get the itaste vv battery and charger not the kit. They go well together and work as a passthrough. Get different colours for you and your partner. The protank mini coils are easy to start recoiling so should satisfy your partners tinkering to start giving you both a great vape. Don't forget spare coils a pack of 5 at least. The itaste vv/vw lasts me for around 8 hours between charges if this helps.

I think the 1st one the aerotank is newer with upgraded coils as the orginal had a few problems. I would recommend single coils to start with though as they are so easy to rebuild following the tutorials on here. With micro coils and cotton they are so much better.

Can anyone tell me why this is more expensive than this ? The v2 aerotank is a new version so has a premium price on it. That being said the genitank I have not seen before so thought that was new as well. The genitank you listed is 22mm diameter so will look massive on a spinner. You should go for the mini versions they will be pretty much flush with the battery. The aerotank Mow is a mini. I think The aerotank mini does come with a glass tank so you can swap it over for the steel tank that is shown in the pic. Its a good tank.
Or the protank 3 mini is good as well. Personally...I like the aerotanks.
