How do I decide between 1.8, 2.2 and 2.5 ohm? Welcome to you kitty778. Personally I always plump for 1.8ohm coils . . . they peak off anyway once you start using them. If you're using a variable voltage/wattage battery or device, essentially it makes no difference as you can always turn the setting up. But 1.8 is still my preferred choice.

How do I decide between 1.8, 2.2 and 2.5 ohm? To be honest any of those Ohm will be ok. Try the 2.2 and when you get some replacement coils you can try the lower ones. Generally the lower the Ohm the more power is used to heat the coil, and the hotter it heats up. Go for the middle ones, I got some 1.5 Ohm coils and didn't get on with them, but when I started using cotton to wick my homemade coils I found that 0.9 coils worked great. Its all down to how fast the wick can deliver the liquid to the coil, if the liquid cant get to the coil fast enough youll get a burnt taste. So with a hot running coil there is more chance it will run dry. Ill stop there as all you need to know is that any of the Ohm you listed should be fine.

CHECKOUT TIME! Please can you check I'm not ordering anything idiotic, given my preferences upthread? Also, accessory guidance would be useful. Are there chargers and coils which would work on both set ups? Me- Protank 2 x 3
- Innokin itaste vv v3 express kit
- Kanger airflow control valve v2
Him- Vision spinner v2
- Ego USB Charger
- Kanger Aerotank v2
It has taken me all day just to get as far as this and I haven't even started on juices yet! Thanks for all your help.

No that's fine you can keep different flavours in each one.
PS I would buy a second spinner2 as your partner will have to wait 3 hours when he charges his battery up.

I'd also get a couple of Ego USB chargers, they have a habit of going botty up when you least want kitty778, spares are always good with our gear. Plus a mains USB plug . . . unless you've a USB hub to charge from?

I'm always really wary of charging anything off a laptop.
