its looking like the chinese have started to manufacture these 30w clones.
not sure what board it uses.
pre-order only at moment ....arriving uk at end of July.

i thought the ebay ones were a scam but now that a UK B&M outlet has them up for sale it's looking like they may actually exist...

i really know know I should wait for them to actually materialise and wait for the reviews.... But I sooooo want one

I do like the look of them, I just wonder about the 'extension tube' that is needed to use 18650 battery. Cant see a pic of that.

But IMO it's pointless having a DNA30 with an 18500. I think Zen should have done a longer one for the 30 with 18650 tube and this one for the 20 & 18500, but what do I know I've made one mod and i'm now telling Zen where he want wrong.

I think the ZNA30 clone reference is directed at the DNA30 element of it, but see disclaimer below

if you vape withing the batterys limits using a 500 would be fine wouldn it? for example say 1.3 ohm coil at 14 watts

The ZNA gats away with the small 18500 because the DNA30 chip actively monitors the batteries performance,
If it senses the battery is unhappy or not performing well then it throws an error message.
You can use the real ZNA quite safely in 18500 mode - but the harder you push the more likely the chip
Will say no.
Quite what the chiNA chips will do is a whole other question.

And IIRC the original only takes nipple tops (reverse battery protection) reducing your choice of battery even more and I would need at least 4 18500 to keep a DNA fed all day, probably more as it would reject them at a higher voltage than the VTCs.

Just a question of carrying a few spare batts or going for the not so pleasing looks.... Either way I would like a DNA 30 type mod that isn't a box or a foot long tube... I'm liking the look of this ... With payday looming I just might be tempted
