I don't buy my own wire to make coils, but I do use this company for my jewellery making wire, they are top notch. 
very good at answering emails, they send orders out the same day so you get next day delivery and if there is any problem with your order just email or phone them and they sort it out the same day,

I just don't know how the price of their wire compares to other companies you might use

looks like it works out at £3.00 per 10mt .20 kanthol on here...... £1.90 for the same on here,and always different offers on, at the moment discount on wires and 5 for 4 on silica

its 20 mtrs for .20 kanthol at £3.00 and free delivery does exclude vat so makes it £3.60 but the more you buy the cheaper it gets, plus i might be able to get a 10% discount if people were interested
so it is cheaper

If you only want 10m of wire, maybe its good.

Vapemesh do 100m for 9.50 (Inc vat)
As charon said, vapemesh always do offers like 5 for 4, plus they send a free spool.
And they do mesh and other wicking materials.
And they're about to do titanium wire.

And, I think most importantly, they're tried and tested.

A couple of days ago I received my first delivery of Kanthal and it was from HERE as mentioned by fred .

I ordered from them because of others recommendations from here and 20M of 0.25mm cost me £3.23 including a 15% discount for June and July and not using any other discount from here or anywhere else and add £1.35 for delivery and you got £4.58.When the packet arrived I also received 10M of 0.20mm as well for free, all I have to do is work out how many wraps for the same resistance , so I have 50% extra free.It arrived in either 1 or 2 days so all in all very good service another thumbs up from me.

A couple of years ago, they were one of the few companies selling suitable wires for rebuildables.


Now it's considerably easier to pick up supplies, but I always had excellent service from them.

I just know they have always been good to me when thy sent wrong order out by mistake once they sorted it the same day and told me to keep wrong order, correct order was received the following day, and it's not cheap buying silver these days, what ever format it comes in
