Hi all, I have just been getting up to date with all the new legislation etc.. And what a nightmare  Do we know if there are any popular vendors applying for a licence? And are all the vendors still going to be able to sell products? Vapeescape, Alchemist etc.. Also when it all comes in to effect, will 0mg still be available to buy from vendors as we know them now even if high mg ones aren't? |

License? Ejuice will be restricted to 20mg in 10ml bottles. I think attys/tanks will be restricted to 2ml. China will always sell stuff  The regulations,WILL be contested, if they don't get thrown out/changed. |

Lets hope the regulations get changed. It's just ridiculous and over zealous and all about loss of profit for tobacco and pharma companies, as far as I can see.
Maybe I should start mixing and get some supplies in?

I was reading this article www.ash.org.uk/files/documents/ASH_897.pdfAnd yeh that is a very good point about China! x Hi, That document was produced last year when ASH(amongst others) were pushing for ecigs to be classed as medicines. We would of effectively of had to buy all our supplies from the chemist- or China. That was thrown out earlier this year and as stated above we'll now be limited to 20mg/ml, 2ml Clark's, 10ml eliquid bottle limit and further restrictions on advertising. You should still be able to still get 0mg juice everywhere. |
