if you get the mini protank, order the mini airflow controller as well. Makes it vape like a beast. £4 on myepack and it will perform as well as tanks costing in the £15-£20 range. The other option is to go for the new genitanks, just pick one depending on your size preference. Some people prefer the mini protank2 but after playing with both with different coils, some custom made by myself, I prefer the 3's. If you want some cheap tanks for trying out juices rather than day to day vaping, thenn grab some evod2s.
Lots of people will tell you different things because tanks and batteries, even juices are very subjective, everyone prefers something different. Until you do some more reserch you're unlikely to go wrong ordering just about anything from my e pack as long as you avoid the cig a likes and ce4 type stuff.
To be honest, any protank, aerotank, evod, genitank or aspire tank from there will do you good.
Some features to look for.
1. Replaceable heads - all of the above have this 2. glass tanks 3. dual/single coil - matter of personal preference 4. airflow control - once you have it, cant live without it 5. removable drip tips - can change mouth piece to another one of a different shape or material if you want

Yeah serious good advice above I too have an amazon voucher but I bought e-cig flavourings (cos I mix my own) and new shoes You see sometimes you just....well.....have too And whilst you think? What on earth does that girl's handle means - it means I can destroy e-cigs (certain ones) just by looking at them and if not my handbag will do the rest. These e-cigs are a bit more advanced than what you've ordered and are called mods (as in modified - it's at least a 3 year old term if not older). Welcome to the mad house by the way

Touchy! being fairly new to Vaping myself, I 'll tell you my experience with the strengths of juice, but I'm sure you will get some other good advice here! I was a 20 a day full strength cig smoker plus I would smoke around 10 roll ups a day, I actually managed to stop smoking as soon as I got my kit and havn't smoked a cig since and havn't even fancied one, so if you really want to give up it is do-able, not knowing any better and because of the amount I was smoking I went straight for the 24mg juice, the first few days were fine but then I started get a real sting in the back of my throat which I didn't like, I found out we have an E/cig shop just opened near me so popped in for a look and a chat, the guy advised me to drop to the 18mg juice which I've been on since and the sting went, but it has started to come back so I will be dropping down to the 12mg Juice, personally with what you smoke I would get a couple of bottles of 12mg juice as well to try as well and if you feel you can, give up the cigs right away as I think carrying on could be the reason why some people go back and give up Vaping, if you do decide to stop cigs you may find you'll get headaches for a few days, but I think that may be because your system is getting rid of all the crap from cigarettes, others will tell you if I'm right on that, one bit of good advice I found here was to drink more water again others will advise you on that, and good luck with your Vaping! as I keep telling people as someone that has smoked at least 20 cigs a day for the last 50 plus years and actually loved smoking, if I can give up anyone can,,,,

Update: So my KangerTech EMOW arrived this morning and it's a really nice looking device. I haven't used it yet however as I thought I'd fully charge it first (I'm a bit weird like that) And that's the thing - how long should this 1300mAh battery be taking to charge? I plugged it in through a wall adaptor this morning for a couple hours, then unplugged and left it while I went out, then plugged it back in when I got home and all up it's got to have been charging for six odd hours now. I also tried it through a USB port on my computer for 30 or so minutes of that time, but either way the light just stays red.
Is this normal for a first charge? At what point should I be thinking of contacting myepack.co.uk and reporting a faulty battery/charger?
Thanks again guys!

1300maH battery should take around 3 hours or so to charge fully. I'd honestly start using it and charge it once it's down. A few charge/discharge cycles will let you know if your charger or battery has a problem.

Ok so I've started using it and it seems to work fine, however it's making a noticeable crackling sound at the end of every vape. Is this normal and to be expected?

One thing I didn't mention is that for the last few years I've only smoked 1mg cigarettes. I went from 8mg to 1mg essentially overnight, and at first (and for at least a week) I couldn't taste anything when I dragged on a 1mg. It literally felt like smoking thin air. But once that week had passed, 1mg smokes began to taste like normal fags to the point now where an 8mg cigarette tastes way too strong. I occasionally smoke Drum Gold roll-ups with filters, which don't taste too strong and are about on par with a 1mg normal fag more or less. So I'm not quite sure where 18mg bottles are going to fit in all of this. It'll be interesting to see if they burn my throat off the first couple of days. Being e-cigs I assume they won't, but who knows? I am confused by this, but ignoring my confusion, 18mg is a good starting place. (is there really a ciggy with 8mg?) I smoked 15 roll-ups with filters and can recommend 18mg with good kit. More with crappy plastic sticks... (that's why Vype are 48mg)...

Sent from me from some far away land.
