i'm now the proud owner of a lovely shiny VTR and a lovey blue MVP (thanks Steve) for the latter,

I went to the post office first thing this morning to pick up my VTR and while I was there asked for today's post not all of it was in but I picked up a few parcels
in one was my VTR, charger and one battery which is now on charge, was hoping to get the aero ring to protect my threads but hopefully that will arrive later, 

another was my blue MVP which i'm just putting together 


in another was some nice new juice to test out, key lime, pineapple, peach and citrus punch, 

it's like Christmas

i'm off to the hospital this afternoon,   got a check up at the pain clinic and need to get booked in for another back injection, hopefully they will help get my wrist op done sooner rather than later as well, 
but this morning i'm going to chill in the garden in the lovely sunshine,
