Actually, that happens already, albeit in a fragmented way. We post feedback for good service and vendors who go the extra mile, and if forum members get poor service of experience problems with a vendor, it often gets mentioned here too. I think the 'Attack of the Clones' thing was just unfortunate, and I'm really sorry for those who were caught out by their underhand dealings (if indeed that is what they were!).
