attack of the clones - not a happy customer

Heyas peeps where to start with this tale of woe.
As some might have seen I was after a trident v2 dripper.
The good lady spotted my request and decided to treat me and ordered
via PayPal from attack of the clones.
This order was placed on 24 July at 1pm.
Checked on there Webby and it stated payment accepted ( this was the good lady)
No communication received by the 28 so missus explained
That she had treated me but had not been dispatched yet.
I loggod on and checked and order still said payment accepted.
So we emailed them. No response then started looking on their site no address no contact number.
Not looking good.
Tried emailing again yesterday morning still no response.
Tried again today yep you guessed it still nothing and order status is still payment accepted.
Looks like I'm gonna have to start a dispute with PayPal.
So still looking for a trident v2 lol

Always a good idea to check that online stores give full contact details. Adds accountability, lets you contact the company if things go wrong, and it's required by the distance selling regs.

Just for balance I had no problems with them, ordered and atties arrived pretty quick. Are you sure the atty just isn't out of stock just now? Maybe they're waiting on more.

As for the lack of response there's a good chance your email went straight to spam. I get that a lot using yahoo. If you have another email address it might be worth trying that, also they might have a facebook page.

It is against the law for an online business to not have full contact details - hence why we reject many vendors that apply for vendor status.

First thing I did was check spam folder nowt responses from them.
I always check contact info etc before buying but my lady bless her not so tech savvie. Was supposed to be a treat for me lol.
Item still showing as 17 instock.
They defiantly breaking DSR regulations.

I know it doesn't make up for the treat from your good lady being spoiled, but you should be able to make a Paypal claim to get your money back if the item doesn't turn up.

No I was thinking your email going into their spam box but I see it's a contact form on their site so it shouldn't. I'll have a look around and see if I've still got the paperwork, wouldn't hold my breath though lol.

But yeh, had no issues at all with them, have more issues with more popular places that do have their address! Irony ha ha

Is this vendor actually trading from the UK, only asking because on their website there is a side link "our stores" and they have stores across Miami, seems strange to have that on the website if they are actually running the business from the UK, i hope you get it sorted soon igual  sorry not used them personally

Placed order with this shop also..wish I read this post as I'm having the same trouble.surly having no response isn't right and they got my cash!! Sorry to reopen this post but folks beware!! If they have no stock surely a msg wouldn't hirt

Update as of this afternoon PayPal have refunded my cash they tried several times to contact the seller he never responded back to them.
I'm sorry you have been stung by this seller as well.
Open a dispute with pp and state he fails to comply with DSR regs etc .
I hope you can get it sorted

I wonder what's gone wrong, I ordered a couple of atties and they turned up within a couple of days, had no problems at all. Because of that it makes me wonder of something has gone very tits up, no idea why they aren't replying though, very strange.

Think there should be a section of vendors to be wary of, I know I'd put attack of the clones in it,feel really pissed sorry for language but vendors like this make me sick,
