a big HURRAH to ukric and all the team for a brilliant festival. I met him on the way out as I dropped off the tent one of the 'drippa lads' had left behind. He said he'd sort out reuniting tent with owner!

robdelmar and Montana its such a shame that you were there and didn't get to meet anyone.  

I would have happily given you my mobile number by pm so that you could have arranged to meet me somewhere so that I could have introduced you to people - or you could have sent a pm or posted in this thread if you have internet on your phones. Do please bear that in mind so that it cant happen again at next years. That also goes for any other aaec members who find themselves in the same boat.

I must admit I would have been stuffed if I hadn't of managed to get onto forum via data on phone (signal was very poor for me) I saw that Aaron posted that he was in a green ford estate -- so I stalked around all the cars looking for it! He kindly helped me with the tents ( I was clueless!)

I honestly couldn't see anyone I recognised from forum avatars when I first arrived. In fact Steve spoke to me when I first pulled up and explained we were waiting to drive through to camping area, but I didn't realise it was him

Once we got bandied together, members popped over so it was a great gathering. Thank God VapingBad knows his camping (and coiling) knowhow! Theres nowt as nice as al fresco coiling lessons!

I have to apologise for not seeing ronaldo earlier, he was away from the main aaec group most of Saturday so only got to say hi to him at the raffle - at least I got to donate a mod to him to dismantle and build stuff from for folks

Really enjoyed the day and was nice to meet up with a few from the forum. This wouldn't have happened if I'd not met up with Spikey Fridge by Torchys stand, by then I'd done most of my shopping (stocked up on Mystic Juice Green Fairy, Blackcurrant, and a few different Absinths from Celtic and Tottin Juice, A Watermelon from Vaper Caper, had to give up on Decadent as it was just tooooooooooooooooo busy so will order off them online, but I must say their Blue Hawaii is to die for, and the Sarsaparilla was good to. Got my Nautilus Mini from Jason as I'd asked him to bring one along, and I now have another mug for my vast collection (yes I do mug printing myself, talk about coals to Newcastle ).

I know what clairea meant over the access and puddles, a few years ago at Goodwood Festival of Speed the ground was just like a quagmire, since then they have laid down the metal tracks in the the access areas. At least here a lot of the Vendors had a slightly elevated base, at the FOS it was rattan matting onto the grass, and in some places it still is.

Huge thanks to Phil for the batteries, hubby now asks has anyone tried the batteries before he disects them himself.  Forgot to thank DiscoDes for the
Drip Tip.

Sorry I didn't get to say Bye everyone seemed to disappear so quickly after the raffle.
