ok i know it sounds daft but if the night club you go to dont put a note up sayin wet paint you should be able to sue am i wrong
sat here covered in black paint and a bit pissed off am i in the wrong

You can claim for any clothing that has been ruined, or at least iv paid out for clothes on the rare occasion iv forgotten to put wet paint signs up.
