nemesis clone & battery

hello all

i just ordered my first mod (nemesis clone)

just need a little help on chooseing a battery

do i need to use battery with protechtion as it is a mod ?

and i was going to buy one of theses tanks as well - Kanger Aerotank V2 or a Kanger Aerotank Mega
do they fit flush on the nemesis ( are the tanks the same size as the nemesis )

Lots of different opinions on batteries, but my preference is IMR batteries. For 18650s I use Sony VC4, and for 18350 and 18500 I use the red Efest V2s. These are unprotected, but have safer chemistry, so are unlikely to explode.

torchy on eBay is a good place to go, although I tend to get mine from MyEpack or vapeescape. Get a good charger as well. 

The aerotank mega is 22mm so will sit flush.
