HCigar, Infinity, Rainbow Heaven, Tobeco etc seem to be very popular brands.

lickwidInnokin and Kanger both for me, but I do hope your aware that the "big boys" have to some extent got the market covered. Keep your prices competative and CS high. Then hopefully you will expand beyond your dreams. Good Luck

which of the Manufacturer's listed in the poll are aware of SOGA some of them appear to believe they and their UK resellers can operate outside of SOGA Thanks for your post. Could you explain a little more please? If there are any issues I'm currently unaware of I'll definitely look into it. We are familiar with SOGA but if you could be a little more specific it'll save me re-reading sections that are irrelevant to what you're talking about. Sounds interesting anyway. Looking forward to reading your reply Lickwid, There are many examples here and the other forum where the poll is posted, examples of UK vendors that have an outstanding record of good customer service in relationship to sales but as soon as they receive a defective return that requires a replacement they appear to stick their heads in the sand , ignore emails phone calls hoping the problem will go away. Recently I have seen where the large chinese resellers seem to be offering a better aftersales service than some UK vendors.

I see where you're coming from, but we definitely wouldn't do anything like that. I'm 99.9% sure we've not sold anything defective to date, and we've not had anyone suggest we have either so I can't point to any examples, but we understand the lifetime value of customers. I know it's not just the right thing to do morally to offer good after sales service, it's the right thing to do from a business point of view too. There was an interesting point raised earlier about product liability when they're sourced from outside the EU which we need to brush up on before we choose a supplier though. Thanks for your reply by the way; I'd have been up to my neck in paperwork otherwise!

might want to read up on the following www.gov.uk/product-safety-for-manufacturerswww.gov.uk/importing-goods-from-outside-the-euproduct liability insurance for big ticket items might want to start a new poll asking members what would change their minds from buying from a Chinese reseller to a UK hardware vendor such as delivery times, after sales service, warranted replacements, price, Postal charges at the moment it would appear that some UK vendors can only beat the Chinese on delivery times

To be honest (well, joking really) we are all wasting our time. Because of this new and exciting discovery. Really? Just a tiny, weenie, bit far-fetched?

In fact, all the small new Kanger dual coils are garbage. No vape, no taste, weak.. until you put them on a beast of a mod, then they are AOK.

Now JacVapour have finally succumbed to the (inevitable) 510 thing, they have clearly decided to "show off" with their high tech range.

I'll definitely be doing more of these polls as this one has been far more useful than I had hoped when I started it. Possibly not on the areas you're suggested as we'd simply aim to provide the best service possible whilst remaining profitable. Not a great idea to implicitly ask customers where they'd be prepared to accept compromise, but I get exactly what you're saying Everything we do will be thoroughly researched, above board, and well executed. It may take us a little while to get these products listed on our site, but when they do customers will have nothing to worry about in terms of delivery times, after sales service and returns. Postal prices will be the cost to us or less as they are with the e-liquid. We do take a hit on the larger orders due as the extra value of these ones makes up for the difference. Cheers

smok have come a long way, they're bringing out some very interesting pieces. The t-dux series of clearos feature ceramic cups and are pretty great. The new one coming will have adjustable juice flow control. They've also knocked out a pretty unusual and innovative rda/mech mod combo!
