to mark the 100th Anniversary of the day Britain entered the First World War. I am and I see that ukv is currently doing so on their site.
I have looked outside of my home and it doesn't look as if anyone else is doing so, and that has made me feel quite sad. |

Gutted that I forgot to do this. I even had the candle at the ready - but just got wrapped up with sorting out a fair few forum issues & forgot the time.
However, apart from being on my laptop, I did only have one light on.

We had a single candle lit beside the medals of hubbys great uncle who survived the great war and a photo of his other great uncle who was killed aged 19.
