Vamo gap at the top (fix)

Just to let you know how to get rid of that annoying gap at the top of a vamo. When you connect an atomizer to the top of a Vamo do you notice a gap. My fix for that is i remove top cap of the Vamo put on a beauty ring (i use the one i got with my MVP) connect your atomizer not too tight. Then i tighten up the beauty ring against the atomizer to get rid of the gap. Now remove atomizer without moving the beauty ring then replace Vamo top cap and your atomizer. Gap now disappeared hope this helps.

Yes i probably do have OCD
I think the gap on top of the atomizer is the main reason why folks are overtightening the vamo. Plus this fix gives the atomizer that wee bit more security.

i take the ring off and put an o ring on then the ring back on no more gap

My threads nearly fooked so it has a cheap AFC permanently on it with the vamo's beauty ring screwed up tight against it. No EGO threads for me on it now.

Great on the protank  but nothing really mounts flush on it with the ring screwed down. 2 sec I'll take a pic.

You will have to put it up for inspection once it has been put on the vice lol

Looking at my PIC, how stuffed is my screen on the Vamo, it keeps falling in and I've pried it back a couple of times.
Wish I could get it click back properly.
