Hello all Been using my EVOD for a month now and have never looked back A lot of information on this forum has certainly helped me. I have noticed that I am using more E Juice than when I started, I like to use a tobacco base and add flavouring to suit ( i have vanilla/mint - butterscotch - menthol and caramel ) I cant imagine smoking a cigarette now the taste would be horrific so I think this will work for me (I used to call at the newsagents to get a packet of fags every morning on my way to work, this week is the first week I haven't even thought about it as I passed the shop) Can I ask....... I have tried the liquid from HOME BARGAINS at £1.00 a throw tobacco flavour and mixed with the others tastes OK .... however I do find I am filling more often so perhaps it doesn't last so long.I am using about 2 10ml per week not counting the additional flavours What would be the ideal next bit of kit you would suggest, nothing wrong with the EVOD but have got all this money in my pocket I am saving!!! Thanks all

bobmcdee I would suggest that which ever juice you buy you get 24mg (2.4%) strength juice. Having more nic content you will find you use less juice. Home Bargains juice are "RUBBISH". Look through this forum, there a really good vendors on here, buy from them. Keep up the good work off the `stinkie - killers`.

bobmcdee smokerainbow sell 1ml tasters at 50p a throw from loads of suppliers, this can give you an idea of what you can get for not much of an outlay if you don't like some. Welcome to the forum.

I tale your point about Home Bargains Jeff I bought 2 earlier in the week so I will keep them in reserve One of the first I tried a few weeks ago was the RY4 (I think from Myepack) with a little Vanilla/mint in and now you mention it it was a better flavour. I will get some from the Viking stall at the market tomorrow. £3.00 for 10ml isn't a bad price but I might look at the larger bottles because I know it is one that I like. I just think I am that chuffed I am not craving for fags any more I will use anything!!!

Well done mate keep it up, you'll still find strange cravings for fags (after 5 years i still dream about smoking, and not nightmares lol) and sometimes in street although the smell of smoke is repulsive just occasionally I think oh yes nice (guess it must be brand I smoked).
As for kit, read a lot before spending, think what you want and it's practical use, do you want faff or just fill and go, do you want to carry around something that looks like a sex aid or something that looks like a bomb detonator (always been a detonator man here). You'll buy stuff that dont work for you but as long as its decent quality can be re-sold or like here put in cupboard just in case.
Good luck

Well done to you! £3 isn't that cheap for Dekang liquid - I get mine for £1.50. I would pay £3, no problem, but just mentioning that (if it's Dekang...) Sometimes I get the 20ml for £4.49 from myepack too.

Hi bobmcdee I don't think 20ml a week is too bad. If your anything like me then youll have a 'hand to mouth' habit that came with smoking that needs satisfying, as well as the nicotine that needs topping up. Vaping takes care of both of these. If your looking for a decent juice vendor try LT ecigs, nothing fancy just good range of flavours that taste good and are fairly cheap. He does lots of nic strengths and uses a 50/50 PG/VG.

Well done bobmcdee , Have a look at www.joosejuice.co.uk, 10ml for £1.49 if you buy 30ml it's bogof and there's a discount code on here somewhere. As for spare cash you will have none when the shiny brigade get you hooked on vapemail, I would say get a mini protank and a variable voltage or variable wattage battery like a Vision Spinner or itaste vv3 from myepack and take it from there. Happy vaping bud

I fully agree with the above. I bought 27 T-Juice samples from Smoke Rainbow for less than £20 with postage. Found 2 really nice flavours now that will get me away from the tobacco juice I have vaped for 8 months. Welcome to AAEC.

Hardware wise you have a few upgrade paths, although they will eat more e-liquid.
1. Dual coil atomiser and VV battery such as a mpt3 and vision spinner. To take this up a notch, add in a mini airflow control valve. Next steps...recoil to 1.3 ohms dual coil and use cotton, rayon or bamboo wicks to suit taste.
2. VV mods. The MVP is easy, has good battery life and vapes decent. But a vamo v5 is much smoother, and the batteries can be repaced when life diminishes unlike the MVP. Both the wife and I tried both and the MVP is now a glorified power pack for us.
3. Mechanical mods and rba/rda - A setup for the ultimate in tasty clouds, but only recommended for experienced users.
If you want something in a similar form factor to what you have, albeit a little longer, go for a spinner and mpt3. If you want a charge to last all day, have even bigger clouds and dont mind a physically larger form, then I'd go for a vamo and aerotank.
Honestly, I'd say take the spinner route and grab a mod at a later date once you know what you really need and have done more research.
