Hi I've had these kabuki tanks from creme de vape. When you have got the Alan key on the airflow screw you should be able to shut the airflow as far as you can't even get a draw. So something is defently wrong with this.. Maybe loosen the screw right off and try and tighten it back up. I normally to the Alan key when I'm takeing the draw to get the right draw I prefer. I must say this is a fantastic little tank and I have enjoyed these for a long while. But these tanks preformed better and they have an easy top fill. And also take aspire triton and Atlantis coils. moonvapez.co.uk/product/supertank-mini-tobeco-sub-ohm-tank/I know I keep going on about these tanks. But they are amazing for beginners with the 1.8 coil. And the 0.5 Clapton coils for the lung hitters. This tank has never once let me down in anyway. Pretty sure I got some duff threads on the airflow screw hole. I got the screw to go in further and it has shut the airflow down but has now jammed in there never to come back out again. Going to send this back and get the 510 version of this tank which is less airy without all the messing about with the airflow screw.

I just bought this tank today but having some real issues with the vape quality from this tank. I cannot get the airflow turned down low enough to get a good mouth to lung draw - with the grub screw fully screwed in it is a very airy draw. I have used a vape band to block some of the air flow but with my low Nicotine juice (4MG 60PG & 40VG) the vape can be very harsh to the point of making me cough. I have tried wattages on my P3 from 6W through to 12W and cannot get this tank to vape the way I like.
I like a nice saturated smooth vape - I still use a carto tank quite often as I love the smoothness of them.
Has anyone else had these issues and were you able to fix them? The tank by the way is a Genuine one from Creme De Vape and using the coil that came with the tank. I also tried another new BVC coil but this is the same as the supplied one.

The hook over the base is only a small amount so it allows it to slide up the SX mini a bit - prob as the device is heavy is does move a bit when holding the device. Do you know what? I checked mine this morning after reading your reply and thinking to myself "no it doesn't " and you guessed it, the flap and edge had ever so slightly slipped back over the edge! Yes it's dammed irritating and every time I have to push the skin back over the bottom edge.

Fits like a glove - only thing I've noticed it it slides up the mod a bit when your holding it after a while due to the weight of the device. It should'nt do Bez, mine has a bit of skin the hooks over the bottom of the mod, much like the Vaper Shark skin does. The hook over the base is only a small amount so it allows it to slide up the SX mini a bit - prob as the device is heavy is does move a bit when holding the device.

I've been looking at getting one of the SX Mini skins, one question how tight fitting are they? Fits like a glove - only thing I've noticed it it slides up the mod a bit when your holding it after a while due to the weight of the device.

It's also much cleaner than from The Wire Company Bez I clean mine with IPA before use, the StealtVape wire hardly leaves a mark, TWC leaves a black streak. That's good to know as I never thought of cleaning the wire before using it. I just coiled, installed in my Kayfun and instant greatness.

6 spaced wraps of 28AWG Tempered NI200 around a 2.5mm drill bit comes out at 0.07 ohms on my SX Mini. The Tempered NI200 from Stealth Vapes is very springy like Kanthal wire and I found it easy to work with.
