chrome coming off vamo v5 brass

That was a UDT L mod, only a tenner in the UK, was all black chrome and boring, but a bit of care with the wet and dry and polish made it look a lot better I think. Again there was three layers to it, the "black chrome, copper and then brass" My camouflage mod

Gave it a bit of heat treatment one day which changed the colours

Would have looked sweet with the protank brass plated up too. Wooo there's some polishing been going on in your house robby I quite like burnished mods too. They look purty

edit: that was weird I put on that I liked burnished mods at the same time you checked a pic of one on. Spooooky

Must make another one of those soon, that was over 18 months ago made from a £1-50 display chip and an unused Vivi Nova tank, we used to think they were brilliant lol. How far things have come on. The display had to be dremelled down a good bit to fit in the tank.

The only awkward bit was getting a 510 connector on the end of it, dremmels and three quid gas torches from FT came in very handy

I really need to make something. Watched one of Twisted420s video the other day and he had a mod in an old Nintendo joypad which looked class
